I had a decent stay at the hotel, which had a fantastic location near many shops and attractions. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, which was a big plus, but the dining experience was quite poor and could definitely use improvement. The staff was friendly and really helpful, but the location's cleanliness and parking situation left something to be desired.

I had a great stay at the hotel! The location is perfect for shopping and walking around Cairo, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit dated. While the dining options were decent, I found the breakfast choices could use some improvement. Overall, it was a good value for money, just not ideal if you're looking for modern amenities.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and there were some positives and negatives to consider. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to shopping and sites in Cairo. The service was nice and friendly, but the rooms left much to be desired, especially with plumbing issues in the bathrooms. While the dining options could use improvement, the overall experience had some redeeming qualities that made it worthwhile.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, offering plenty of shopping options and being close to various attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the overall experience pleasant. However, the dining options weren't as diverse as I had hoped, and navigating parking can be a hassle if you're driving. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The rooms could definitely use some improvement, as mine was quite small and I had plumbing issues. Despite that, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the dining experience left much to be desired, lacking both quality and variety.

Overall, I found the hotel decent but with some key downsides. The location was a major draw for me, right near shopping areas, but the room I stayed in was quite small and had plumbing issues. Service from the staff was friendly and helpful, but the dining experience left a lot to be desired with cold food and poor choices. Despite these drawbacks, I appreciated the friendly vibe of the place.

Rooms

Unfortunately, my room was the smallest one available and it had some issues, like constant leaking from the sink that turned the bathroom floor into a mini swimming pool. It was clean, and the air conditioning worked well, but overall, I’d rate it low.

The hotel had a decent location in downtown Cairo, which made it great for shopping, but I found the rooms a bit outdated and not very pleasant due to lingering cigarette smoke. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, which stood out during my stay. However, the dining experience fell short with limited options and poor service. Overall, it's a mixed bag with some highlights but also some areas that definitely need improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic for shopping and exploring Cairo, and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the service was hit or miss, especially when it came to transportation arrangements. Dining options were quite underwhelming, and the quality of food left much to be desired. Overall, it offers decent value for money but could use improvements in service and dining.

Rooms
9.0
The room I stayed in was huge, probably over 40 square meters, and the bathroom was also quite big at 12 square meters. Everything was clean, including the linens, and I appreciated the air conditioning.
Service
5.0
The staff seemed generally friendly, but the transportation choices weren't great. We ended up at a dodgy operation at the pyramids instead of the entrance, which wasn't ideal.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is perfect for serious shoppers. I loved being near shops on 26th July Street, and it was also close to the crystal factory for finding beautiful accessories.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was quite disappointing. The food was only barely edible, and I found the service to be horrendous.
Facilities
7.0
While I didn't focus much on facilities like the pool or gym, everything seemed to be in decent condition.
